- Nab 494 Added May 06, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Jeff, the owner, closed this address and opened another pool contractor office recently. There are numerous projects they have abandoned with lawsuits in progress. DO NOT work with these unprofessional con artists.
- Crystal Stephens Added May 03, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Did not have a good experience with this company. What was quoted as 3 months, turned into over 6 months. No delays from city, just understaffed and take on too many projects at once. As a result, poor workmanship and craftsmanship. Don't know how long our pool will last. If you are in the market for a pool, try to look for a smaller company if you want quality work.
- Amy Kim Added April 28, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! We signed contract Oct. 2020 and still building our pool. Worst this is they stopped with construction more than two months ago. They are saying they can’t go forward with the construction because they don’t have any equipment on stock and they won’t know when they will get them to complete our pool. They stated, “it is out of their hands. There’s nothing they can do.” I don’t understand how it’s out of their hands. It’s their job! Also, there are about 15 or so other homes in my new community neighborhood who started building pool using other pool company around the same time or later than us, but most of them are done!
Oh and there’s more. They messed up on our retaining wall but refuses to fix it for us. - E K Added April 25, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfinished projects.. didn’t pay subcontractors and left back yards a MESS… dangerous conditions.
- John C Added April 17, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can’t be trusted! Never showed up for appointment, had to reschedule. Then overpriced quote which conveniently/intentionally left out several important items and when questioned about these items not included such as the wall that needed to be removed for access and damage they caused, their response was “Sorry those items/costs are not included in our price”. Not upfront and trustworthy in my opinion
