  I found these guys to be really helpful, I had a difficult problem with a bike bought from an interstate shop and even though they were busy, they took the time to look at it and speak with the shop from where it was purchased. Ultimately it required replacement under manufacturer warranty, what I appreciated was the time they took even though there was no obligation to do so on their part. Awesome help guys - thanks again!!

  I went in for a seat tube bolt for my bmx as It was the closest place that might be able to do a quick fix, was told that it might take half an hour because they didn’t know if they had one, yeah fine by me. It only ended up taking all of 5 minutes to find and fit, and let me have it for free even after offering to pay.

  Best bike shop on the Coast. Been dealing with them for 7 years.. purchased a few bikes during this time and their support and after sales service in tops.

  Friendly and obliging. I turned up with a dead tube on my old bike that they repaired on the spot. There is a good range of all styles of bikes there too.

  Bad customer service, apparently too busy to sell me some bearings, I even offered to take them out myself so he could size them up. He then told me to go to another shop with a grumpy attitude. I suppose you have to step out of your Merc wearing Lycra for them to give you the time of day.

  Very helpful for people who don’t know a lot I about bikes. We’re more then happy to make sure my 2 boys got some foot pegs fitted to their BMX bikes at short notice.

  John and his team have always provided me prompt professional service whenever I have needed it. Plus they haven't try to sell me a new bike every time I have gone into the store which another BIG store tried to do before I started to go to cyclezone.
