  The staff was very rude and dismissive with a problem I had with a purchase from there. Had a wonderful time while I was spending money there, but when the ink bleed on a poka dot dress from there, I showed them the damage and I was told to soak it. It didn't take the smudge off under the arm so asked them to contact the supplier to ensure it had not happend to others dresses
  I was told point blank they knew the fabric didn't smug and they wouldn't call anyone! Service? I would say not

  Liz was just fantastic!!
  She was absolutely charming and helpful! Just love the way she interactived with my shopping experience there, helping me till the end, I came out with 2 pairs of gorgeous vintage style shoes that I was looking for and a pair of earring. Happy shopping, satisfied customer, thank you a nd I will be back xx

  A wonderful quirky store with lovely staff and fantastic dresses at really reasonable prices. Both ladies were so helpful trying to find a dress for my daughter who is very tiny- not once were they condescending on how small she was ( several other stores have been extremely rude with throwaway comments on her size which doesn't make for a very pleasant shopping experience ) and we really appreciated the wonderful service . We will be back for special occasion dresses. Thank you

  I love this store and don't go often enough. I bought two new pairs of summer sandals on Wednesday on sale. I urge everyone to go there before you go anywhere else on the Sunshine Coast and before you even think of buying anything on line. You can buy the outfit, the shoes, the jewellery and the handbag to match. I urge you to go there and support this brilliant retail business. They supply new and preloved so there is something there for all sizes of budgets.

  This store has the best collections of dresses, shoes, handbags and all sorts. The lady's in store were very generous with their time and so helpful. We will recommend this store to everyone whether you have a formal occasion or just love vintage styles have it all.
  We got some dresses ,earrings and beads. Even my husband appreciated the collection. Thanks for all your help. We will travel back to shop there.

  My wife decided to try this store a second time because it has some very nice dresses. Unfortunately we obviously aren't the target customers because out of two visits we are still unable to comment on the customer service standards. There simply is none. Sorry but Avril Lane, on the wharf got her purchases and will continue to do so because of their customer service.......
