  Booked in via Apple and immediately seen to on arrival.
  Front desk staff member was extremely polite and willing to help.
  Assistance from back of office technician was swift in the repair of my device.
  
  Nothing even slightly negative to say about the experience.

  RUDE YOUNG SHORT MAN BAD ATTITUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MISSED MY BACK CAMERA LENS WAS SHATTERED WHEN I SAID MY NEW IPHONE WAS FREEZING ON CAMERA. SAID MY NEW IMAC HAD SOFTWARE ISSUES WHEN MY KEYBOARD WAS PLAYING UP WHEN IT WAS JUST SOMETHING TICKED WRONGLY IN THE KEYBOARD SETTINGS.. SAID MY FULL APPLECARE WARRANTY WOULD NOT COVER IT WHEN IT WOULD HAVE. THE SHORT DARK HAIRED GUY WAS JUST A JERK I WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON

  Went here this morning to buy a usb adaptor, but it was not the right one, went back an hour later to get a refund but ‘no refunds’ even if unopened. The guy rang the manager who was at the Noosa shop, then offered me a refund less 15% restocking fee. I asked to ring the manager and explain the situation and remind them of the over $4000 we had spent there recently, but when I rang the Noosa store I was told he hadn’t been at that shop all day!
  My advice- go somewhere else.

  I purchased a MacBook Air 7 days ago, unfortunately I was locked out, password did not work. This business offered for me to come back, pay for them to sort out the problem under pressure from methey grudgingly offered some help if I brought it back, no customer service or empathy. Instead they should have told me to Contact Apple Support as I was covered for this and other support. The problem was fixed thanks to Apple Support.
  No longer will I support this local business.

  I have been to this store several times to get my phone fixed and it always turns out the same way: they explain to me that they will send it off to apple, they don't send it off to apple, they call me to tell me its fixed and that I can pick it up, I get charged money for their time, the problem happens again, I ask for a refund, it has to get sent back to apple before I can get a refund. This has happed to me over and over again and I have wasted so much of my time and money and in the end have achieved nothing. One week I went back and fourth to this store 4 times before they finally replaced the part all together. Really hard when you are working full time too. When I try to explain my situation I am just denied with arrogance and with the attitude that "I know more than you". I won't be coming here ever again.

  Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Almost managed to pinpoint my problem before their internet failed, so of course, no charge for the consultation. I'll probably return later for either repairs or maybe a new unit.

  Brought in a new iPhone 6s with a screen that stopped working. It was sent straight off to apple and replaced for free, and I had a new phone within just a few days. Definitely the best authorised repair store on the coast.
